I already used $38 of the $100 in incidentals reimbursement that Amex gives me each year on choice seats. I could have bought carry-ons and used up my full allowance, but I think I’m gonna try to use it on alcohol purchases. Weeeeeeeeeeeee.

Spoiler alert: I’m banking on spending my $62 on one shitty beer and hopefully a vodka if the Bloody Mary mix is free.

I keep an old prescription bottle for cough syrup for travel. There is no limit on the liquids in prescription bottles so I use this big bottle to bring along some 18 year old s cotch. It helps with the cough as well ...

And I thought filling contact lens solution bottles with Vodka on cruises was the pinnacle of alcoholic ingenuity...

I had a German security guard give me a very stern look for flying with a large contact lens solution bottle in my carry on. He didn’t make me toss it though which was good because it wasn’t mine (he also wasn’t entirely pleased I was flying with someone else’s stuff). It wasn’t full of booze though. A pity, given the circumstances (total shitshow at the airport due to a Lufthansa system- wide computer failure), I really could have used a drink.

If you’re flying Frontier... You’re going to need it.

Wait - doesn’t Amex make you pick 1 airline for that $ 100 annual comp? And you picked Frontier?
